Branding and marketing for agents will be taken care of by the company, allowing them to focus on what matters most. Agents don't have to worry about spending hours building up their presence or trying to market themselves.

Territories are exclusive market based on the number of listings.  There will be only one agent in a market.

Absolutely!  That is what is our business model. We do all the works that are mentioned in the comparison table above

Ours is a 100% commission Real estate brokerage. You will receive 100% commission for every transaction.

You pay is $390/ month, including E & O Insurance.  No hidden costs - No listing, transaction, or other fees to worry about.

Your monthly fee will be taken every quarterly from your commission check. $1170 will be deducted from one of your commissions check you bring in a quarter

Absolutely. If you are not satisfied with our service after 6 months, we will refund entire amount you paid. No questions will be asked. We are so much confident about the service we provide.

In that case you can pay from your pocket. If you don’t pay in a quarter, you will lose the territory agent status and you will be downgraded to 70/30 commission split. Another agent will be hired in your territory, and you will not be eligible for any of the services we offer. You do everything by yourself like in other brokerages.   

You don’t have to change the brokerage. Even you are in your current brokerage we can do marketing and branding for you.  Only thing is that if you join us, you will get 100% commission.  

You will have separate login credentials for Transaction Management, CRM, and Email marketing software like Dotloop, follow up boss, Mail chimp, Ring central, Connect team, Curbhe.ro, Bomb Bomb and so on
